Can I prevent pressure points with the mattress?

Is the mattress made of spring core or foam?
The mattress is not made of spring core, but of comfort foam. Comfort foam is characterised by an irregular and open-pored surface structure. Is the mattress fireproof?
The mattress has not been tested for fire-resistance. In general you should avoid open fires in the living room.
