1. Bank transfer - prepayment by Bank transfer / prepayment

After the purchase, we will send you the Bank details by e-mail.

2. PayPal

PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops - and free of charge. Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. For this reason, they do not have to be sent through the Internet every time you shop online.
Simple: You pay with two clicks. You revert to your PayPal bank or credit card details instead of having to re-enter them every time you make a purchase.

3. Card payment

You can easily pay with your Visa or MasterCard credit card. The data transfer takes place via a secure SSL encryption. Your credit card will be debited when your order is completed. If the order is not successful, the amount will of course be credited to your credit card.
Please note that a reimbursement may only be visible on the next credit card statement.

 Dispatch

1. Delivery Date

In the case of prepayment by Bank transfer, the delivery period shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring Bank or, in the case of other types of payment, on the day following the conclusion of the contract, and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or National public holidays at the place of delivery, such days shall be replaced by the next working day.

2. Delivery zone

The delivery of our articles can take place only within Germany and Austria.

3. Shipping items

Some items are shipped as shipping items due to their size or weight. A delivery date will be agreed with you by the shipping company.

4. Delivery time information

The exact delivery time for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart when ordering online and personally indicated by our employees when ordering by telephone. If you have provided us with your e-mail address when placing your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which the delivery time will be confirmed again. We will also use your e-mail address to provide you with additional helpful information in connection with your order, such as delivery and return-related confirmations or free payment reminders.

Shipment splitting

If the waiting time is too long, we will agree with you whether a split shipment is feasible. You will not have any additional shipping costs. If the shipment is split, you will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. We will inform you in a delivery confirmation about the dispatch of your order in several packages.

6. Logistics Partner

The ordered articles are packaged by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

7. Shipment tracking

You can find out the current shipment status of your parcel at any time on the basis of your parcel identification number/shipment number, if the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking. You will receive further information on shipment tracking in your delivery confirmation by e-mail or from our telephone customer service.
