Mission
Support the Export Sales Manager (ROW) in driving international sales growth and market development by providing medical product expertise, training, demonstrations, and high-quality partner support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, empathetic consulting on rollators and the full Saljol product portfolio
- Explain product benefits clearly and positively in everyday-life contexts
- Deliver international product trainings, workshops, and continuing education sessions (on-site and online via Teams/Live)
- Train safe and correct everyday use of rollators and related products
- Introduce and train the Rollastic exercise program internationally
Sales & Market Support
- Support dealers, clinics, medical supply stores, and specialist partners
- Assist the sales process through product demonstrations, follow-ups, and technical input (complex negotiations are not the core focus)
- Act as a knowledgeable interface between customers and internal teams
Market & Competitor Insights
- Collect structured market and competitor feedback
- Create short reports and actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing teams
Representation & Events
- Represent Saljol at international trade fairs, events, roadshows, and customer appointments
- Deliver professional product presentations with a strong medical perspective
Content & Internal Collaboration
- Support creation of training materials, presentations, one-pagers, and demo content
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, Quality, SCM, and Purchasing
- Feed structured field insights back into the organization
Your Profile
Must Have
- Very good Business English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Enjoyment of teaching, training, and knowledge transfer
- High empathy and ability to address diverse target groups (patients, relatives, healthcare professionals, dealers)
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to ~50% internationally)
- Professional presence, service mindset, and cultural sensitivity
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally
Nice to Have
- Background as Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Sports Therapist, Sports Scientist, or similar
- Medical or therapeutic knowledge related to mobility, rehabilitation, or prevention
- Experience as an international product specialist or trainer
- Exposure to dealer networks or field-based roles
- Basic negotiation skills

- Successful delivery of international product and dealer trainings with strong feedback
- Establishment of standardized training materials and demo formats
- Regular market insights reports with actionable recommendations
- Strong relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders
- Clear documentation of activities, visits, feedback, and follow-ups
