Whether reading, watching TV or simply putting your feet up, the relaxing and stand-up chair lets you enjoy your favourite spot exactly the way that is comfortable for you. Backrest and footrest adjust independently and take you at the touch of a button from an upright seated position to a comfortable reclining position. And when you want to stand up again, the electric stand-up function supports you gently and with little effort. The adjustable headrest completes the seating comfort.

Do you offer an assembly service?

You can order Saljol relaxing and stand-up chairs with an assembly service for an extra charge. The local medical supply store usually offers this service automatically.

Do the chairs also have a battery in addition to mains power?

If you want to use the chair without a power cable, you can order a battery as an accessory. The power cable is then only needed to charge the battery.

Can I also adjust or order the chair to suit my height?

The seat depth can be set in two steps. This lets you adapt the chair to your thigh length. You can make further adjustments by choosing additional cushions, which are available as accessories.

What if the seat of the chair gets wet?

In general, all fabrics are very resistant and easy to clean. For cleaning instructions, please see the operating instructions. For extra protection against moisture, we recommend a Saljol incontinence pad. You can order it in the identical fabric of your chair. This makes it practically invisible. It can absorb up to 500 ml of liquid and is washable at 40°C. In general, the chair is not suitable for soaking. The electronics must stay dry.

How can the chair be adjusted?

The individual positions can be set easily and intuitively with the magnetic remote control.

What do I do if the chair stops moving?

Check the power plug and all other external plugs. If the plug and all other plugs are firmly connected, please contact our customer service or the specialist retailer where you bought the product. Resetting the chair can also help. For this, please read the relevant section in the operating instructions.

Can I also move the chair to another spot?

Saljol relaxing and stand-up chairs have casters. You can use them to change the position of the chair.

Electric chair for more comfort

The motor of the chair is controlled with the illustrated, easy-to-understand remote control. With it, you can move the chair into the position you want.

Reclining function

For an afternoon nap or a relaxed evening in front of the TV, you can move comfortably into the reclining position. You can move the footrest and backrest independently of each other, for example to raise only your feet for reading. Saljol chairs let you get an almost horizontal reclining surface.

Stand-up function

The stand-up function makes it easier to get out of the chair, because your seat is lifted up and you only have to start walking. In the other direction, you can stand with your back to the chair and lower yourself slowly and safely into the seated position. Weak leg muscles are compensated for in an elegant and safe way.

Well-designed armrests: For a better grip and more security when standing up and sitting down, the surface of the armrests is flattened toward the inside.

Lumbar support included: To improve seating stability, ergonomics and, of course, comfort, the chair has a lumbar support built into the back.

Adjustable headrest: The oval-shaped headrest wraps around the head, so it is always supported and does not fall onto the shoulder. You can also adjust the angle to your needs.

Magnetic remote control: The chair has a magnetic remote control. The magnet holds the remote securely on the armrests and on the side panels.

Adjustable seat depth: For the best possible seating comfort, you can set the seat depth in two steps.

Mobile chair: To let you move the chair around the room, it has four casters that can be locked.
