At Saljol, we want to revolutionize the rehab industry with new approaches. We are a small company from Maisach near Munich. Our vision is to make people happy with aids that offer quality, function, comfort and elegant design in one.

Your job in detail
- Content strategy: You develop and implement a content strategy for our brand that fits our company goals, drives brand success and addresses the needs of our target audience
- Content planning: You are responsible for a content plan that is always current and aligned, working closely with the relevant departments.
- Content creation: You delight our customers with tailored content across all channels along the customer journey. Your hands-on mentality sets you apart.
- Performance analysis: You analyze content performance to continuously improve its quality and impact. You review key figures and derive optimizations.
- E-commerce: You take over content management for our own web shop and for third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon) and ensure consistent brand communication.
Your skills and motivation
- You are a team player and inspire others with your innovative and creative way of thinking.
- You have experience creating and distributing content on print and online channels.
- You stand out with creativity, strong writing skills (German and English) and a good sense of visual design.
- You convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality and ideally have knowledge of image editing software and video editing.
- You hold your work to a very high standard of quality and accuracy.
- You already have 3–5 years of professional experience in content marketing, ideally with a degree focused on marketing.

Your job in detail
- You support our sales team for rehab and senior products and work with several colleagues in inside and outside sales
- You communicate with our international customers in English and take care of their orders from receipt to delivery
- You coordinate incoming orders, clarify questions with customers and also communicate actively with our customers in Germany
- You maintain customer contacts in our CRM system
- You look after and advise end customers by phone, in person in our showroom or digitally by video conference
Your skills and your motivation
- You enjoy selling and advising on products
- Phoning and communicating across all media is your passion
- You think digitally: current social media is familiar territory for you
- You have an affinity for the future market of people with disabilities and seniors
- You bring very good knowledge of PCs and Microsoft programs
- Basic technical aptitude, experience with video conferences and webinars
- Initiative, communication skills and organizational talent are among your strengths
- A sense of responsibility and independent working set you apart
- You bring good written and spoken English
