Sicher, Wendig, Leicht & Schick

Vielen Dank nochmal. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Jürgen K.

Frequently asked questions

Our customers' questions about our products

Contact support

Can I also order the Carbon Rollator with large front wheels?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The frame and geometry of the Carbon Rollator are matched exactly to the existing wheel size. A suitable alternative with larger front wheels is the Saljol Allround Rollator.

Are pneumatic tires available for the rollator?

In this version, the rollator is MDR-certified. Changes such as pneumatic tires would have to be reassessed under the regulations and are therefore not currently planned.

Can I fold the Carbon Rollator?

Yes, you can fold the Saljol Carbon Rollator lengthwise. It is then only 21 cm narrow, which makes it easy to store and transport. To fold it, pull the release strap on the seat upward with a light jerk. Push the rollator together at the handles until both seat tubes lie close together. Secure the folded rollator with the locking hook.
To unfold it, open the locking hook. Take hold of the rollator by the handles and push or pull them apart in parallel. Finally, press both seat tubes down with your hands until you hear a "click".

How much weight can I carry in the bag?

You can carry up to 10 kg in the bag, for example 10 packs of flour. A small shop for 2-3 days fits in easily.

Can I remove the bag?

Yes, the bag is easy to remove and put back on. Please make sure the bag hangs freely and does not affect the brake function. Important: Do not pull the bag off toward the front, as this can damage the locking mechanism.

Can I fit the back belt of the XL Carbon Rollator on the Saljol Rollator?

No, this does not work. Because of its size, the back belt of the XL leaves too much play at the back, so a safe, stable seating position is no longer ensured.

Is the Carbon Rollator covered by health insurance, or can I apply for a subsidy?

The Carbon Rollator has the medical aid number Pos.-Nr.: 10.50.04.1260 and is therefore also part of the contracts with the health insurance providers. For more details, please see our blog article: Saljol Carbon Rollator and Allround Rollator on prescription.

Elegance and freedom on four wheels

Whether on a stroll through town, at the weekly market or on a city break, the Carbon Rollator combines stylish design with exceptional lightness. It reliably accompanies you through the day and fits naturally into your lifestyle with its elegant look. Enjoy your time with family and friends, strolling through the city or discovering new places, with a rollator you are happy to have at your side.

Noticeable lightness

At just 5.3 or 5.5 kg transport weight, the Carbon Rollator is one of the lightest premium rollators in its class. Its high-quality carbon frame combines exceptional stability with a pleasantly low weight. This makes the rollator effortless to push, lift and transport. With a few simple steps, you fold it down to just 21 cm wide. This way it fits easily in the car, on public transport or at home, and accompanies you flexibly on your activities. You will quickly notice the difference, especially when getting in and out or stowing it.

A bag that makes everyday life easier

The high-quality bag with magnetic lid was designed to make everyday life as easy as possible for you. Thanks to the innovative Fidlock magnetic suspension, it attaches intuitively to the rollator and is just as easy to remove again. The magnetic lid can be opened and closed comfortably with one hand. This keeps your other hand securely on the rollator.

With a load capacity of up to 10 kg, the bag offers enough room for everything you want to take along on the go. Once detached from the rollator, you can comfortably carry it on thanks to the shoulder strap.

Comfort with every step

A high-quality rollator does not just feel good, it also rides well. The soft, puncture-proof tires absorb bumps and provide a pleasantly smooth ride. Even on cobblestones in the old town or on the way to your favorite café, you stay comfortable and safe on the move.

The ergonomic cork TPE handles with integrated arm rests are just as pleasant. They feel warm and comfortable in the hand, balance out temperatures and offer a secure grip even in the rain or with sweaty hands. At the same time, they relieve your arms, hands and wrists and make longer walks or extended shopping trips noticeably more pleasant.

The comfortable back belt provides pleasant support when sitting. The integrated viewing window keeps your view of the path clear while walking.

Brakes with feel

In the city especially, level paths, slight slopes and curbs constantly alternate. That is why the Carbon Rollator comes as standard with a well-thought-out 3-in-1 brake package. Besides the smooth hand brake and the reliable parking brake, the unique drag brake provides a particularly controlled ride. It increases the rolling resistance on the rear wheels and helps you walk downhill evenly and safely. At the same time, a pull to the left or right can be compensated individually.

On request, the Carbon Rollator can also be converted to a one-handed brake. This way, the brake system adapts to your personal needs and gives you a secure feeling at all times.

Everything included

Many premium details only show their value in daily use. That is why the Carbon Rollator already comes with everything as standard that makes your daily life more comfortable and safer.

Back belt, bell, bag, seat net, cane holder and the practical locking hook are just as much a matter of course as over 30 reflectors and the integrated LED light. This way you stay clearly visible at dusk and in the dark and can move safely at any time.

Operation also follows a well-thought-out concept: all functions you use regularly, from adjusting the handle height to folding, are immediately recognizable by their cork-colored elements. This way you find your way around intuitively and can operate your rollator easily and safely.
