Conditions of participation
- I agree that SALJOL may store, use and process my personal data to send me the prize.
- I am aware that I can revoke my consent to data storage and further processing at any time without giving reasons to SALJOL.
- Participation is free and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.
- Eligible to participate are persons resident in Germany and Austria who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
- Multiple participants, computer-generated e-mail addresses and e-mail addresses of competition services are excluded from participation. Furthermore, all employees of SALJOL GmbH and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this competition are excluded from participation.
- The participant in the competition is the person named on the registration form for the competition. Only one participation per participant is possible.
- Only the prizes described in detail in the competition will be raffled.
- The winner will be notified by e-mail shortly before the draw takes place using the additional information provided on registration. The winner shall immediately confirm receipt of the prize notification to SALJOL and provide the information required by SALJOL. Otherwise, SALJOL shall be entitled to draw a new winner. The winner will be published in the SALJOL print and/or online media as follows: "Stefan M., Ort".
- The prizes, insofar as they represent movable property, will be sent to the winner by post to the address provided. Upon posting of the prize at the post office, the risk is transferred to the winner. SALJOL shall not be responsible for delivery damages.
- Cash payment, payment in kind or exchange of the prizes is not possible.
- SALJOL's decision to draw lots is strictly random. Inquiries in this regard cannot be answered.
- The information you provide in this competition will not be passed on to third parties.
- Legal action is excluded.
